Welcome to Fitness with JLee,
After years as a fitness consultant we have learned that not everyone has the time or money to spend on a personal trainer to get fast results.
From our experience we have learned that for some people losing weight comes easy but for most people it can be extremely difficult. This is why we decided to build a site that would teach others how to lose weight quickly.
Over the years we have learned that most people need fast results or they become discouraged and lose the determination they need to stick with a diet or exercise routine in order to achieve your weight loss goals.
Within this website we will outline how you can quickly lose weight, gain more energy and look great.
Train to be a Fat Burning Machine!
With summer quickly finding its way to us, nearly everybody has shedding fat on their minds. The good news in this is that there are some excellent proven ways to accomplish this in ways that are fast and easy. The truth is that there is no philosophy that beats simply eating less and exercising more, but what follows are a few ways to burn some fat fast so you will look great in your Daisy Dukes or your board shorts.
For a fast fat-burning agent there’s nothing that will beat water. Your liver, which is responsible for processing fat, works best when it has a lot of water to function. Dehydration not only slows down the fat-burning process, but it also has serious negative effects on your bones and joints.
Probably everybody has heard the old advice that everyone should drink at least eight glasses of water every day. The truth, however, is more complicated than that. The water your body needs depends on your current weight, diet, activity level, and even the altitude level where you are at.
The best way to determine whether you’re drinking enough water or not is to monitor the color of your urine. If it’s clear to a light yellow, you’re probably drinking enough. If it’s darker, you probably need to drink more.
2. Don’t Be a Crash-Diet Dummy.
Fad crash diets are plentiful, but although you can lose weight on one, you also won’t maintain your lean body. As soon as you return to your normal eating patterns, you will gain the weight back, and probably more. Plus, crash diets don’t allow you to take in the nutrients you need to stay healthy.
The best diet is one that you can stick with for the long run. This diet is one that is thought out carefully and is nutritious.
3. Eat Frequently.
This might sound like the polar opposite of good advice, but it’s not. Increasing the frequency of the meals you eat can pare down the fat. It’s not as important as the quality of the food you eat, but it does help. Taking in adequate levels of healthy fats, complex carbs, and lean proteins at periodic intervals throughout your day will promote the loss of fat fast.
4. Exercise harder.
The more or harder your exercise, the more fat you will burn. It’s that easy. Try to always exercise at a level that you consider a challenge. Not only will it burn more fat, but it will stay more interesting for you too. Be sure that you also include cardio with your routine. Everybody has different needs and preferences for cardio. Do what is best for you.
5. Eat after you train.
Eating throughout your day is a good idea, but eating after you train is a good way to ensure that you are replacing the calories you burned during your exercise. Eat something, even if it’s a small snack.
6. Get plenty of rest.
Science has proven it again and again, but it bears repeating. Rest helps your muscles repair themselves, which burns fat a lot faster than any other material in your body.
These are just some good tips to follow as you strive to reach and exceed your goals. The best part of reaching your goals is that then you get to make a new one. Never stop striving to be your best self and you will always be the best.
